About the Role

In this Sales Manager position, you will oversee the full pre-sales and sales journey for the company’s spaces, while also supporting customer success, retention, and upselling. The role is central to qualifying opportunities and driving closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales and sales

  • Screen SMB leads and move qualified prospects toward tours and signed deals through both inbound and outbound activity.
  • Assess customer needs carefully so the proposed solution aligns with expectations around functionality, service, timing, budget, and quality.
  • Prepare suitable proposals for Office+AR in line with Mindspace’s internal guidelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and keep communication open throughout the process.
  • Partner with the Community Manager to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

Customer success, retention, and upsell

  • Review and improve sales targets for each SMB customer within Office+AR.
  • Spot emerging customer needs or challenges and anticipate future growth or expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure monthly payment issues are handled promptly.
  • Carry out the SMB retention strategy.
  • Support the Customer Experience team with member support and service delivery.
