Role Overview
The Sales Executive acts as an ambassador for the hotel brand both internally and externally, ensuring guest requests and issues are addressed promptly. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, attending daily briefings, assisting in employee management functions such as hiring and coaching, maintaining professional standards, and fostering team collaboration. The role supports maintaining safety protocols, company policies, and the confidentiality of proprietary information. The Sales Executive contributes to enhancing organizational efficiency, quality, and cost savings while upholding the prestigious standards of The Ritz-Carlton experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a related role, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
