Role Overview
K Fitness is in search of a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to transform potential leads into gym memberships, aiding the expansion of our fitness community in Lucknow.
Key Duties
- Manage walk-in queries and promote gym membership sales.
- Reach out to potential customers via calls and track follow-ups on leads.
- Detail membership packages, ongoing offers, and services to clients.
- Provide guided tours of the gym facilities to prospects.
- Keep thorough records of leads and client information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Engage with current members to encourage renewals and membership upgrades.
- Develop strong customer connections and deliver exceptional customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred; fitness industry background is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and general computer usage.
- Positive, target-focused attitude with resilience to work in a dynamic environment.
