  • Drive sales across our product range by persuading prospects with a value proposition emphasizing payment only at lease signing, and upselling our AI marketing tool, Aiden, for communities needing enhanced marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with founders to develop the sales playbook from the ground up, including defining ideal customer profiles, creating messaging frameworks, developing outreach sequences, scripting demos, configuring the CRM, and identifying pipeline metrics.
  • Integrate AI technology extensively into every aspect of the sales process such as researching prospects, customizing communication at scale, preparing for calls, and managing follow-ups. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to automate and optimize your workflow.
  • Ensure clients’ successful onboarding by overseeing their initial month with UnitPulse, turning positive results into case studies to demonstrate value.

Who You Are
