Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales tasks through administrative support including updating data, distributing invoices, tracking activity on Salesforce, and maintaining accurate records to optimize team efficiency.
• Assist in preparing sales documents such as contracts, proposals, responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), summaries of client discussions, and reports related to bookings and loyalty.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities by researching unmanaged and potential accounts to sustain a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Hilton Worldwide Sales colleagues, clients, and hotel partners to discover and assess new prospects, conduct calls to explore unmanaged accounts, and present customized solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and events by supporting departmental strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and participating in meetings and conferences as required.
