About the Role

Nudgyt is building a new learning experience for the AI era through Challenger Circles, a guided platform that combines AI coaching with facilitated peer learning. The aim is to help adult learners transfer what they learn into practical action within their organisations. This role sits at the centre of that mission by connecting the product, the customers, and the community.

As the Sales & Community Manager, you will act as the link between Nudgyt’s solutions and a growing network of early adopters, prospective clients, and strategic partners. The focus is not only on relationship management, but also on driving adoption, strengthening engagement, and helping shape a lively ecosystem around the product.

This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only. The compensation offered is $5,000 plus commission.

What You Will Do

  • Use community-led initiatives to support customer acquisition and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Design and execute community programmes that deepen member engagement, create qualified leads, and help shorten the sales cycle.
  • Keep communication flowing clearly between internal stakeholders and community members, while managing expectations and providing timely updates.
  • Spot potential risks to community health and sales performance, and take action to keep programmes running smoothly and sustainably.
  • Prepare reports that connect community activity with sales results, along with sales updates, project documentation, and progress summaries for stakeholders.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment that supports new customer acquisition and helps build the AI Coach and AI-powered community as value drivers for members and sales.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 demonstrated examples of handling multi-stakeholder deals.
  • At least 2 examples of building and maintaining sales pipelines.
  • Experience working with 4 or more stakeholder groups.
  • Interest or exposure to AI-based or technology-led projects will be an advantage.
  • Strong ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Hands-on sales experience is valued; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary of $5,000 per month, plus commission.
