Backend Closers is hiring for multiple full-time sales positions based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The openings include a telecaller role and two sales closer tracks focused on low-ticket and high-ticket offerings. Open Roles
- Telecaller — Fixed pay along with performance-linked incentives.
- Sales Closer, Low Ticket (₹1,999 to ₹30,000) — Handles phone conversations and one-on-one Google Meet consultations on a pure commission basis.
- Sales Closer, High Ticket (₹1.2 lakh to ₹3 lakh) — Conducts one-on-one Google Meet consultations on a pure commission basis.
Language Requirements
- Telecaller: Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, or Gujarati.
- Low-ticket Sales Closer: Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, or Gujarati; speaking multiple languages is an added advantage.
- High-ticket Sales Closer: Tamil and English.
