Overview
Join Spencer's as a Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in line with company standards. This role involves supporting the store management with sales generation, maintaining store appearance, accurate pricing, POS operations, and adhering to loss prevention policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between 17.60 and 17.85 dollars, based on individual qualifications and experience. Benefits include contest prize awards, an employee assistance program, and a 30% discount on merchandise. Bonuses, awards, and benefits depend on eligibility and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service following company guidelines.
- Assist in sales generation to meet store targets.
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
- Manage merchandise presentation, including signage and pricing updates.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Implement loss prevention measures according to policy.
Physical Demands
The position requires climbing ladders, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and potentially standing or walking for up to eight hours daily.
