This position is for an international voice process executive handling internet calling transfers for a US process. The job is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, at Fortune Sarayu, Silkboard, behind Sree Towers. It is a night-shift role aligned to US time zones, with a five-day work week.
About the opportunity
The team is hiring motivated, customer-oriented professionals who can speak with US customers, understand their internet and broadband needs, and route qualified prospects to the appropriate service provider or sales team. The role focuses on lead qualification, customer engagement, and smooth call transfers.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers in the US regarding internet and broadband offerings.
- Check whether the customer meets the basic eligibility criteria and is interested in available plans.
- Present the service features and benefits in a simple and clear manner.
- Screen leads using the defined qualification standards.
- Hand over interested prospects to the closing or activation team.
- Keep interaction details and call outcomes updated accurately.
- Work toward daily transfer goals and quality benchmarks.
- Follow process rules and maintain the expected quality standards.
Skills and requirements
The ideal candidate should have prior international BPO voice experience, strong spoken English, and comfort in handling US night shifts. The role also calls for lead qualification, customer engagement, objection handling, active listening, probing ability, CRM usage, and a target-driven approach.

Compensation and benefits
