Role Overview
- Deliver top-tier customer service aligned with Majid Al Futtaim's standards, thoroughly understanding customer needs to create exceptional experiences.
- Address customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary, maintaining the customer’s interests throughout interactions.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets using innovative techniques focused on customer satisfaction.
- Boost sales performance through in-depth product knowledge and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Maintain store standards consistently, including store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to store security measures to reduce stock loss risk.
- Utilize advanced selling skills to fulfill customer needs, encourage high-value transactions, and foster repeat business.
- Assist customers in identifying and obtaining merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when items are unavailable in-store.
Qualifications
- Completion of High School education.
- Between 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
