Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's plays a vital role in delivering excellent guest service aligned with company standards. This position involves assisting the Store Management Team to drive sales while ensuring the store is maintained to expected levels through various operational tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support sales generation through attentive guest assistance and product knowledge.
• Perform housekeeping and merchandising duties to keep the sales floor inviting and well-stocked.
• Handle pricing, signing, and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Implement loss prevention measures consistent with company policies.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges between 17.60 and 17.85 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
