About the Role
The company is seeking a Sales Assistant who brings a customer-first mindset and enjoys creating an engaging, authentic shopping experience. This position suits someone who performs well in a busy, sales-focused environment and is comfortable contributing to a fun and energetic store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, helpful service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and confidently.
- Develop strong product knowledge across the business’s different product lines.
- Keep the store looking professional by maintaining standards, merchandising displays, and product presentation.
- Work toward sales budgets, targets, and KPI expectations.
- Support stock control processes and help maintain product quality.
- Comply with national laws, workplace health and safety rules, and security procedures.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a busy retail setting.

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- A valid police check will be required if the candidate progresses successfully to the interview stage.
