Role Overview
This Sales Assistant position is suited to someone who puts customers first, enjoys a lively retail setting, and can help create an engaging and genuine shopping experience. Key Duties
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including Eftpos payments.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products across the business.
- Keep the store looking polished by supporting merchandising and presentation standards.
- Work to sales budgets, targets, and KPI expectations.
- Help manage stock levels and support quality control processes.
- Follow national laws, workplace health and safety requirements, and security procedures.
