Role Overview
Join a vibrant, growing business filled with dynamic and fun opportunities by taking on the role of Sales Assistant at Smyths Toys Superstores in Claremorris. This is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to assist shoppers effectively.
- Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced, dynamic retail team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Stock shelves and handle merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Manage deliveries and perform price updates as required.
- Operate tills accurately and professionally.
- Stay knowledgeable about current product lines to better support customers.
Candidate Profile
While retail experience is not mandatory, it is advantageous to have worked in areas such as outdoor/bikes, nursery products, software and gaming, or warehouse/backdoor operations. Flexibility to work during any day of the week is essential given the store’s seven-day schedule.
