Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M's Faridabad store, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You will welcome and guide customers throughout the store, assist them in finding suitable products, and promote H&M's fashionable and sustainable offerings while embodying the company's core values. Your efforts will directly contribute to both personal achievements and the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your fashion and product expertise to assist customers in making well-informed purchases.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide outstanding service during every phase of the customer interaction.
• Maintain an orderly, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with the store's opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently represent both yourself and the H&M brand positively when engaging with customers.

Team Collaboration

You'll be part of a dynamic Store Team in which each role - from Sales Advisors and Department Managers to Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers - contributes towards creating an inviting and inspiring shopping setting. Collaboration extends beyond your store to include other locations in the Area Team, enabling knowledge sharing and joint success. Together, the team supports customers to feel confident and express individual style through modern trends and classic designs, while advocating for accessible and sustainable fashion.

• Proven experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a similar sector.

Additional Information
