About Le Café LPM
Le Café LPM brings a Riviera-inspired café experience to Dubai, blending French charm with the pace of modern city life. From morning espresso service to evening spritzes, the focus is on consistency, care, and a polished guest experience.
Role Overview
As a Runner, you will keep food and beverage service moving smoothly between the kitchen, bar, and guests. The role goes beyond carrying items from one point to another; it also involves awareness, timely communication, and contributing to a warm and efficient dining experience.
What You'll Do
You will work closely with the floor team to ensure that service stays organised and uninterrupted. You will need to understand what is being served, deliver items accurately and quickly, maintain high cleanliness standards, and engage with guests in a natural and helpful way.
Candidate Profile
No previous experience is needed for this position. The team is looking for someone with strong energy, a positive approach, and a genuine team-first attitude. English fluency is essential, while French or another European language would be an added advantage.
Working Style and Expectations
This role requires active collaboration with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff. You are expected to communicate clearly, anticipate service needs, keep trays and stations spotless, and support a smooth flow of service throughout the shift. Guest interaction is also part of the job, including greeting guests, checking in, offering water refills, suggesting a top-up, and promptly alerting the waiter when something needs attention.
