Barback (Le Café LPM)

About the Role

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café in Dubai inspired by the French Riviera, offering a relaxed daytime-to-evening dining and drinks experience. The venue moves from morning espresso service to evening spritzes, with a focus on care, consistency, and attention to detail in every drink and every interaction.

The team is hiring a Barback to help keep the bar running smoothly. This person will make sure the bar is prepared, organised, stocked, and clean so the bartender can concentrate on guests and drink preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Support bar service by keeping supplies, tools, and ingredients available before and during service.
• Learn the menu items, bar equipment, and overall station setup.
• Maintain an orderly, fully stocked, and service-ready bar area at all times.
• Keep the bar clean, safe, compliant, and visually presentable throughout the shift.
• Help the team sustain service pace from opening to closing without losing focus.
• Work closely with the bartender and broader team, stepping in wherever support is needed.

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience is required.
• Energy, dependability, and a real interest in bar work are the main qualities sought.
• Any background in a bar or hospitality setting will be considered an advantage.
• Strong English communication is essential.
• French or another European language would be a plus.
