Flik Hospitality Group is actively recruiting for full-time Route Driver - Vending roles at their Montgomery, AL location. This position provides an excellent foundation for career growth and management advancement opportunities within the company.

Job Summary

The Route Driver is responsible for operating a company vehicle on a designated route to deliver products, service vending machines, and maintain inventory accuracy. Acting as the company's representative, the driver must maintain a professional and positive presence while fostering strong client and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure vending machines are stocked with appropriate inventory and maintain product freshness through proper rotation.
Deliver products efficiently on an established route and maintain equipment functionality.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, informing them of new products or promotions, and resolving service-related complaints.
Set up merchandise and promotional displays at client sites.
Manage and account for all goods received, delivery documents, cash collected, and products handled.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years driving experience.
Possession of a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (or state-specific equivalent) with a clean driving record.
Customer service experience preferred, ideally 1-2 years, or at least one year of related work experience.
Ability to learn and operate handheld computers and material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts.
Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds regularly and performing physically demanding tasks.
Ability to work independently and responsibly without supervision for the majority of the workday.

Schedule and Location

The role is based at Hyundai - 700 Hyundai Boulevard, Montgomery, AL 36105. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with possible variations in days and hours to be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00. Additional benefits include free meals, uniforms with laundering services at selected locations, and eligibility for an internal employee referral bonus.
