Join our Housekeeping team at Malmaison in Liverpool to ensure each guest room is maintained daily to impeccable standards, contributing to a perfect guest experience. Key Duties

As a Room Attendant, you will prepare and maintain guest bedrooms to a high standard. This role involves working independently for periods while ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. Strong conversational English is required to interact with guests smoothly.

Working Hours and Contract

This is a permanent position involving mostly fixed shifts, generally between 9am and 3pm, five days a week with flexibility on start times between 9am and 10am. Alternate arrangements such as earlier start times, flexible contracts, or weekend-only work may be discussed during the interview.

Requirements and Training

Physical fitness is necessary due to the demands of the role. Although prior experience is not mandatory, a positive outlook and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service are essential. Comprehensive training is provided, including safe usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
