Role summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dungarvan calls for a Retail Store Manager to take charge of the store’s day-to-day running. The role involves overseeing opening and closing routines, maintaining visual standards, managing stock, and ensuring store practices follow company policy. You will lead and support the team to provide excellent service, hit sales goals, and keep customer satisfaction high.

Key duties

The store manager will guide the team, address customer issues, communicate offers clearly in-store, and track performance results. The position also includes onboarding and training new colleagues, applying loss-prevention controls, and working with regional leaders to improve store outcomes and overall performance.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should bring solid retail store management experience, including operational control, leadership, and performance oversight. Strong customer service capability, clear communication, and a practical understanding of retail loss prevention are important. Prior management experience in telecommunications, electronics, or another customer-focused retail environment is preferred. The role also requires the ability to work on-site full time in Dungarvan, including weekends and busy trading periods.
