Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at BIRKENSTOCK, you will be entrusted with delivering top-tier customer service, assisting customers with product choices, ensuring a clean and inviting store atmosphere, and supporting sales efforts to enhance the retail experience.
Work Locations
This position is available at multiple BIRKENSTOCK stores in Singapore, including Duxton, ION, Marina Bay Sands (MBS), and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). Candidates may specify a preferred store location, with further details to be provided during interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers, assess their needs, and offer tailored product advice for an engaging shopping journey.
- Accurately process sales transactions, assist in merchandise retrieval, and uphold visual merchandising excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and stock levels within the store while providing support for administrative duties and shipment handling.
- Assist in inventory activities such as receiving goods, restocking shelves, and conducting physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Achieve set sales goals, efficiently resolve customer concerns, and carry out additional tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent; prior retail experience is advantageous though training will be provided.
- Demonstrate excellent oral communication and active listening capabilities, with a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems to support smooth store operations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English to interact effectively with customers.
- Motivated by fashion and lifestyle sectors, with the stamina to remain active and availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
