Retail Sales Associate - Clothing

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join Umed Fashions at our Ahmednagar location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while promoting and selling a variety of clothing items including shirts, trousers, jeans, t-shirts, and accessories.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their apparel needs.
• Recommend products matching customers’ preferences and assist with selecting sizes, fits, fabrics, and styling options.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance overall sales value.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Process billing transactions efficiently, including cash, card, and UPI payments.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring aesthetically pleasing visual merchandising.
• Keep shelves, racks, and counters clean and well-arranged at all times.
• Track stock levels and communicate restocking requirements to management promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Assist in stocktaking, price tagging, and inventory audits as needed.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered for this position ranges between 12,000 and 17,000 INR.
