Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Recruiter to manage the complete hiring process for retail positions. This role operates remotely and requires effective handling of recruitment activities to meet hiring targets.
Job Details
- Monthly salary up to ₹15,000
- Work from home arrangement
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Experience required: Up to 1 year
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for retail positions.
- Source candidates through online job portals, social networks, referrals, and multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Consistently meet hiring goals within established deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly retail or high-volume hiring, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage candidates.
- Strong ability to source and screen potential hires.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Experience in BPO, retail, or bulk recruitment is a plus.
