Retail Pharmacist

Job Overview

Located in SS Colony / Simmakkal, Madurai, this role offers a monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹16,000 along with additional performance-based incentives. Employees benefit from a yearly salary increase dependent on individual performance and overall store sales. The working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 8:45 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and Sundays off.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• AYUSH Pharmacist certification

Requirements

• Ability to operate computer billing systems
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer interaction
• Responsible attitude and capability to oversee daily store functions

Key Responsibilities

• Perform retail billing and manage sales processes
• Act as the store in-charge overseeing all store operations
• Manage stock requisitions and inventory controls
• Ensure cleanliness of the store and proper product presentation
• Handle daily cash sales handover
• Direct customers to the Clinic OP as needed
