Compensation and Schedule

The position offers an hourly wage starting at $20.00, plus commission bonuses, with average earnings ranging from $20 to $30 per hour. Work schedules are Friday through Sunday, with part-time and full-time roles available.

Role Responsibilities

This role involves engaging customers inside a national retail home improvement store to discuss HVAC system upgrades, air quality improvement, and energy efficiency products. The primary objective is to arrange complimentary in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors from Unique Services.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable initiating conversations with retail shoppers
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor; previous sales experience is advantageous
• Ability to stand or walk for up to six hours per shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Availability during weekend hours and occasional holidays
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance consistent with the ARS brand
• Capacity to attend weekly meetings held in-office
