Role Overview

We are seeking a Reservation Agent responsible for managing booking inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and warmth. This role requires confirming reservations accurately, capturing all guest preferences, and maintaining updated knowledge about hotel offerings and local points of interest to assist guests effectively. Coordination with front desk and other teams is vital to ensure seamless guest experiences from reservation to check-out. The Reservation Agent must also address any booking-related concerns promptly and diplomatically.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals enrolled or eligible under the Tamayyaz program.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.
• A strong enthusiasm for hospitality combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed by the department.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus in all guest interactions.
