About Silberkraft

Silberkraft is a German family business that has been creating effective, more sustainable alternatives to conventional pest control since 2019. Most of the products are manufactured by small regional businesses in Germany and Austria. The company is expanding and is looking for support for its customer service team.

Role overview

This is a fixed, predictable side job that can be handled entirely from home. The position is designed for someone who can reliably take on daily support duties during a set time slot on weekdays.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and provide support over the phone.
Reply to customer messages received by email.
Keep accurate records of completed support cases in the ticketing system.

Working hours

You will work Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day. One permanent time slot must be chosen and then kept consistently:

08:00 to 10:00
15:00 to 17:00
16:00 to 18:00

Reliability is essential, and the role requires someone who is available every working day without exception.

Requirements

Dependability and self-discipline, with punctual daily online availability.
Clear, friendly communication on the phone and by email.
A personal laptop or PC, a quiet workspace, and stable internet access.
Strong German language skills, both spoken and written.

Performance expectation

To make the arrangement work well for both sides, you should be able to resolve around 20 to 30 tickets per day within your chosen time window.
