Job Overview
This role is fully remote within the United States. As a Processing Specialist I in our Integrated Customer Services team, your primary responsibility will be to accurately process energy rebate requests to help the team meet program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data related to energy rebate applications.
- Consistently achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate actively in team efforts to enhance processing efficiency and accuracy.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve at least 90% production standards and maintain an accuracy rate of 99%, minimizing critical errors monthly.
- Adhere closely to established standard operating procedures to ensure quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and communication.
- Continuously develop new skills pertinent to emerging programs and responsibilities to meet goals set by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience with data entry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possess a proactive attitude with strong curiosity and enthusiasm.
- Well-organized and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible availability to work split shifts, evenings, or Saturdays during peak periods as required, sometimes with minimal notice.
Remote Work Requirements
- The company will provide all necessary technology, including a laptop and software.
- Internet connection must meet minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload, 20 Mbps download, and 99% latency stability, with hardwiring to router preferred.
- Workspace must be a dedicated home office area free from distractions, with two available power outlets.
- Expectation to be continuously on phone during shifts without interruptions such as answering doors or caregiving duties.
Compensation
Starting pay is $16 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend.
Additional Conditions
- If applicable, candidates must comply with Department of Transportation requirements and all relevant transport regulations.
- CLEAResult does not offer visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and pass pre-employment screenings.
