Role overview
The Remote Candidate Experience Specialist is responsible for making sure applicants have a smooth, respectful, and professional journey during the hiring process. The position centers on candidate communication, interview coordination, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Stay in regular contact with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Arrange interviews and manage scheduling details.
- Share hiring progress, outcomes, and next-step information with candidates.
- Keep applicant information accurate and up to date.
- Assist with recruiting activities and onboarding-related support.
- Contribute to improving candidate engagement and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or coordination is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort handling several candidate conversations and tasks at the same time.
- A dependable remote work setup is required.
