Overview
As a Relief Route Sales Representative with Frito Lay Canada, your primary responsibilities will include driving sales growth and providing customer service through consistent delivery and merchandising efforts. You will manage and grow a portfolio of retail clients such as grocery, gas, and convenience stores, ensuring the business expands sustainably.

Compensation
The annual salary for this role is $60,000.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on tasks including managing product shelf placement, increasing product facings and racks, handling carton returns, moving inventory, and cleaning shelving and racks
- Monitor customer needs by continuously reviewing top-selling products to adjust strategies accordingly
- Expand assigned accounts by focusing on sales volume, market share, product distribution, shelf space allocation, and customer service goals
- Implement national and local promotions, encourage installation of additional marketing equipment, displays and racks, and manage product inventory to meet customer demand
- Maintain balanced inventories and ensure delivery of fresh products consistently
Work Schedule
Standard work hours total 40 per week, with variable shifts including weekends and holidays; full-time availability is required.
Qualifications
- Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license
- Access to a reliable car and a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within consumer-packaged goods or retail sectors
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, solving problems and achieving targets
