Overview
Piramal Finance Limited is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join as Relationship Officers Trainee in its frontline field operations focused on microfinance. The role centers on driving borrower acquisition, building Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and overseeing micro-loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in door-to-door outreach to connect with potential customers
- Verify essential documentation such as Aadhaar and PAN cards
- Collect monthly Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) from borrowers
- Effectively manage cash flows at the field level
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants with qualifications ranging from PUC, ITI, Diploma, to any degree are eligible
- Both male and female candidates between 18 to 38 years of age can apply
- Possession of a personal bike is mandatory for field travel
- Open to both freshers and experienced professionals
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹24,000 to ₹40,000
- Annual salary offered is between ₹260,000 to ₹330,000
- Salary disbursements occur before month-end
