About the Role
We are seeking Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to nurture customer relationships via digital platforms. This position focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products to provide a smooth and satisfying customer journey. It presents an ideal starting point for recent graduates aspiring to enter banking sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned customers following established contact protocols
- Deliver superior digital banking experiences
- Assess customer requirements and offer suitable financial products
- Manage inbound and outbound calls maintaining quality benchmarks
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Advocate for digital banking services to improve customer ease and satisfaction
- Accurately update and maintain customer interaction records in CRM tools
- Resolve complaints efficiently and uphold long-term customer relations
- Strive to retain customers and reduce churn
- Meet predetermined sales and portfolio objectives
- Upsell and cross-sell various banking solutions including third party products, assets, and cards
- Analyze customer profiles to uncover sales opportunities ensuring eligibility compliance
- Monitor key account activity and provide requisite reports
- Process customer requests and transactions with precision
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in line with policies and regulations
- Comply with banking rules, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines
- Timely update CRM and reporting databases
Qualification and Eligibility
- Graduate in any field except B.Tech or BE
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience preferred
Skills and Language
- Fundamental understanding of banking and financial products
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer-centric mindset with persuasive sales ability
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to establish and sustain customer relationships
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada
