Relationship Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to spearhead the recruitment and leadership of advisers, fostering business growth by guiding and motivating teams to meet their targets. This role suits candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, prioritizing those from BFSI, FMCG, life insurance, or similar field sales domains. The position offers competitive compensation and is open PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard advisers to expand the business network.
• Drive business growth through adviser channels by generating new opportunities.
• Lead and supervise a team of advisers, ensuring effective coordination.
• Encourage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide training sessions and continuous support to improve adviser performance.

Requirements and Eligibility

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Experience in BFSI, FMCG sales, life insurance sales, or other relevant field sales is highly preferred.
• Open to candidates across PAN India.

Compensation

Annual package ranges from INR 2.8 to 3.8 lakhs plus incentives, potentially up to INR 4 lakhs, subject to interview outcomes.
