Regulatory and Product Executive

Overview

Join the Product Development team at NEOM Wellbeing in London as a Regulatory and Product Executive. Play a vital role in ensuring our Cosmetics product range complies with regulations, while supporting the readiness of our Home Fragrance and Electrical products across UK, US, and EU markets. Help an acclaimed and fast-growing wellbeing brand grow responsibly and maintain its market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regulatory documentation, including Product Information Files (PIFs) and technical files, ensuring an accurate master product database.
• Handle product notification submissions for multiple markets such as the EU (CPNP), UK (SCPN), and the US (MoCRA, California regulations).
• Assist with regulatory compliance aspects during new product launches.
• Review packaging artwork to confirm compliance with regulatory standards.
• Complete retailer forms and technical paperwork to support international and retail expansion efforts.
• Manage the cosmetovigilance database and collaborate with Customer Service to address product queries and quality trends.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and distribute relevant updates within the team.
• Provide daily administrative support to the New Product Development and Regulatory teams, including managing purchase orders, samples, competitor analyses, and special projects.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualities:

• Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• A genuine enthusiasm for wellness and alignment with the NEOM brand values.
• A proactive and collaborative problem solver who is self-driven.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• A degree in a science-related discipline such as Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• Experience or exposure to cosmetics regulation (EU, UK, US) and knowledge of INCI nomenclature.
• Previous regulatory or compliance experience within cosmetics, fragrance, or related sectors.
