Role overview
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is looking for a motivated Registered Practice Nurse to join Brynmawr Medical Practice in Bryn-Mawr, Wales. This post calls for an experienced primary care nurse who can also support and guide other registered nurses and health care support workers.
What the role involves
You will help deliver high-quality nursing care and specialist support to patients in a primary and community care setting. The position includes assessing patient needs, planning and putting care into action, reviewing outcomes, and supporting healthcare policies. You will be expected to champion evidence-based practice and act as a strong professional example for others.
Working alongside senior nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure care is effective, efficient, appropriate, and of a consistently high standard.
