Regional Training Manager - Delhi

Role Overview

The Regional Training Manager is responsible for identifying training requirements across multiple sales channels and collaborating to develop relevant training content. The position involves delivering training directly to the last mile employees to ensure they are well-prepared to engage effectively with customers and intermediaries and follow the sales process accurately. The manager will play a key role in enhancing capability and productivity within the assigned region, which includes recruiting and activating channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and collaborate on course material development.
• Execute timely training sessions for both sales teams and channel partners, either independently or through the training team.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by implementing pre-training and post-training assessments.
• Gather participant feedback and adjust training programs accordingly.
• Keep the sales force informed about product knowledge by conducting induction programs, web-based and mobile learning modules, and refresher courses.
• Enhance distributor engagement with creative training approaches.
• Implement industry best practices to support distributors effectively.
• Ensure delivery of the required number of training man-days.
• Build sales skills and capabilities through joint field calls and visits.
