Role overview
The Regional Manager will oversee the effective use of people, processes, and systems across a cluster of branches/PORs. The purpose of the role is to build a healthy, profitable branch performance while strengthening a strong client-centric culture.
Qualifications
A first degree is required, ideally in Business Commerce.
Experience
The role calls for 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. This should include branch management, management of income statements, and hands-on involvement in both sales and service operations.
