Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Research Executive to join our client’s team based in Ahmedabad. This full-time onsite role offers a salary ranging from ₹2.8 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA, targeting individuals with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and preferably immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify active job vacancies within the Canadian market.
• Locate and profile hiring managers, recruiters, and human resource professionals across industries.
• Generate and build potential employer leads utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other advanced research tools.
• Execute comprehensive internet searches employing Boolean operators and advanced research techniques.
• Establish and sustain professional relationships with employers through effective outreach initiatives.
• Manage recruitment data by maintaining CRM records and databases accurately.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to facilitate connections between employers and highly qualified candidates.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation functions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in extensive internet research and advanced Boolean search methodologies.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and aptitude for professional networking.
• Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation platforms including Apollo.io and RocketReach.
• Familiarity with CRM software for recruitment data management.
• Capability to work effectively within Canadian time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Canadian recruitment processes.
• Skills in managing employer relationships.
• Exposure to international recruitment environments.

Additional Information

• Work mode is strictly office-based located in Ahmedabad; only candidates residing in Ahmedabad will be considered.
