About the Role

ORA Makers Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an experienced HR Recruiter to become an integral part of our expanding team located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing recruitment processes and sourcing talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale recruitment assignments, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
• Manage recruitment timelines to meet turnaround time targets consistently.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, Rozgar Melas, campus drives, and diverse hiring initiatives to attract quality candidates.
• Leverage job portals and various sourcing platforms to identify and engage potential talent.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in bulk hiring strategies and implementation.
• Proven capability to meet recruitment turnaround times effectively.
• Experience conducting diverse hiring events and drives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple sourcing channels including online job portals.
