Role Overview

As a 360 Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle — from acquiring clients through sales efforts like cold calling, to sourcing and vetting candidates, and managing placements successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates and manage full recruitment operations.
• Build and maintain your own client portfolio via warm and cold outreach strategies.
• Establish expertise in your designated recruitment field.
• Utilize LinkedIn for personal branding and networking.
• Close deals and start earning commissions immediately.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English or German is essential.
• No prior experience necessary; ambition and a strong desire to succeed are paramount.
• Motivated by financial reward and driven by targets.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Strong dedication and work ethic.

Compensation and Career Progression

• Starting base salary ranging from €34,000 to €37,000 annually.
• Uncapped commission with on-target earnings (OTE): Year 1 around €50K–€55K; Year 2 between €70K–€80K; Years 3/4 reaching €90K–€100K.
