Role Overview
We are seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to enhance our rapid hiring operations. This role ensures candidates enjoy a smooth experience and recruiting processes remain organized and efficient. Collaboration with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers is essential to coordinate interviews, maintain system integrity, and deliver meticulous candidate engagement from initial contact through onsite interviews.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or operational roles.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail, adept at managing complex logistics without oversight.
- Excellent communicator, able to convey messages clearly, kindly, and confidently in written form and via video calls.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ashby ATS, Google Calendar, Slack, and Notion.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
- Must be able to work onsite at our San Francisco headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across various time zones, managing logistics and ensuring preparedness of all involved.
- Serve as primary liaison for candidates, maintaining communication, offering updates, and ensuring a warm and seamless experience.
- Maintain and organize the ATS system by updating candidate data, interview schedules, and internal documentation.
- Support recruitment operations and sourcing initiatives, streamlining processes, and undertaking additional recruiting-related tasks as needed.
