Role Overview

As a recruiter, your mission is not just to find employees but to engage and guide them with genuine care during their initial weeks. You will conduct interviews, coordinate with various departments to select suitable candidates, and personally visit new colleagues at different locations within a 30 km radius to support their adjustment. Acting as the connecting voice between new hires and existing team members, you ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued from day one.

Our medium-term plan includes developing an in-house training academy, positioning you as a key driver for this initiative, with potential leadership responsibilities.

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site in Winnenden
• Travel required within a maximum 30 km radius

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Several years of professional and personal experience in recruiting or human resources
• A grounded and warm personality with strong intuition about people, able to sense unspoken emotions
• Enjoyment of personal interaction and empathetic mediation skills
• Confident interview conduction and excellent communication abilities
• Structured and independent work approach
• Commercial or HR-related education, degree, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in German language
• Driver's license class B
