About the Role
Join a rapidly growing specialist team within one of Singapore's premier recruitment firms, focusing on the dynamic sectors of Commodities Trading and Commercial Shipping. This role offers the chance to partner with key players such as commodity trading houses, energy companies, shipowners, and commercial shipping organizations throughout Asia. You will be responsible for managing recruitment across a variety of specialized mandates covering trading, operations, risk, finance, chartering, legal, and technology functions while fostering enduring professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from initiating client business development and engagement to successfully placing candidates.
- Establish and nurture connections with commodity trading companies and shipping-related businesses.
- Conduct market mapping, networking, and proactive headhunting to source top-tier professionals.
- Deliver insightful market intelligence, compensation data, and recruitment advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain a specialist market area to establish lasting partnerships.

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on professional or technical sectors.
