Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dubai on a six-month contract. This individual will be responsible for developing diverse and qualified talent pipelines across the company’s range of brands, promoting inclusive recruiting, and consistently sourcing the right candidates for appropriate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment cycles for various brand openings and existing roles.
• Identify, review, and evaluate candidates through diverse sourcing channels, such as recruitment platforms, job boards, referrals, and direct searches.
• Develop and uphold diverse applicant pools, emphasizing inclusivity across all hiring searches.
• Collect and communicate market intelligence and recruitment trends to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Organize interviews, manage candidate communication, and oversee reference checks.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for present and upcoming hiring needs.
• Ensure candidates experience a positive recruitment journey.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recruitment experience specifically within lifestyle hospitality sectors; experience in pre-opening recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to recognize and evaluate talent within lifestyle hospitality.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Independent working ability with strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
• Must be currently in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
• Adept at handling fast-paced, high-volume recruitment operations.
• Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Readiness to commence work immediately or on short notice.
