Receptionist

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest registrations and process payments efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
• Maintain the security and tracking of room keys.
• Ensure guest details are accurately updated in the hotel management system.
• Handle guest reservations, including taking and confirming bookings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, showing initiative when necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment is desirable but not mandatory.
