Real Time Analyst - Workforce Management

Job Overview

Axis Services is seeking immediate hires for the role of Real Time Analyst specializing in Workforce Management (WFM). Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in real-time analysis and WFM are preferred. This position requires a graduate degree and involves working rotational shifts with two weekly days off. The location is Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor real-time workforce operations to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency within a fast-paced global environment. Utilize WFM software and analytical tools to analyze workforce data and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate effectively across teams to maintain smooth workflow and response to dynamic operational demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in workforce management or real-time operational control.
• Proficient in using workforce management and analytical software solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for a global, dynamic work setting.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Graduate degree mandatory.
