Overview
Radian Engineering Consulting Company is searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to contribute to infrastructure projects and the Business Smart Transformation Governance Program in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive project experience and certifications to handle quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and financial management tasks within project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs for various infrastructure projects.
- Conduct precise cost estimations to support budgeting and financial decisions.
- Assist with commercial management activities throughout project execution phases.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in quantity surveying.
- At least 2 years experience operating within a Project Management Office or PMO-driven projects.
- Possession of a PMP certification is essential.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, Primavera P6 scheduling software, and data visualization tools such as VB or Power BI.
