Quality Control Inspector - Laboratory

About the Role

This position is based in Abu Dhabi within the steel manufacturing industry. The role requires full-time onsite work focusing on laboratory testing and quality control of raw materials and finished steel products.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out chemical and physical testing of steel materials in line with established quality standards and specifications.
• Accurately record, analyze, and report the laboratory test outcomes.
• Ensure all quality assurance and quality control protocols are followed, including proper maintenance of laboratory documentation.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to address and resolve any quality issues.
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety guidelines and quality management mandates.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a QC Inspector in a laboratory setting within steel manufacturing or steel rolling mill sectors.
• Proficient knowledge of laboratory testing devices and quality control methodologies.
• Ability to interpret lab test results and diligently maintain quality records.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or with short notice.

The position is open to applicants from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Egypt, Jordan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and African nations. Applications from Indian and Pakistani nationals will not be considered.
