About the Role
Our client seeks a driven Quality Assurance Tester to enhance their trading platform development team. This role is within a dynamic and rapid software release environment. The position is fully remote, requiring candidates to be located in the United States and authorized to work there independently of visa transfer constraints.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will need to comprehensively understand the client's technology stack to develop and execute detailed test plans aligned with product launches. This includes evaluating component interactions and mastering complex functional specifications characteristic of an end-to-end electronic trading system. Crafting and conducting rigorous test cases to verify feature functionality creatively is essential. Experience in navigating and contributing to a growing QA organization and its evolving methodologies is highly valued.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years' professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficient in designing, planning, and implementing test cases.
- Previous experience in building and leading QA teams is highly preferable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous work style with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent relevant experience.
