About the Role
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a critical role in setting quality benchmarks for products and workforce within the organization. This position focuses on analyzing relevant data to develop strategic plans aimed at recruiting, motivating, and supporting employees while enhancing product quality and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and continuously refine company-wide quality standards.
- Interpret data insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support recruitment activities to ensure the hiring of qualified personnel.
- Provide training, motivation, coaching, and corrective feedback to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.
- Generate and present detailed reports to monitor progress against quality goals.
- Develop and execute strategies designed to boost productivity across the company.
- Regularly review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with industry trends and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree accompanied by relevant experience in quality assurance or related fields.
- Proficient with computers and capable of creating comprehensive reports.
- Strong analytical skills necessary to evaluate data and audit processes effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
